  Has a reputation for using substandard parts. Example: In my 2001 X-Terra, Nahas replaced 4 alternators within a year. Nahas may claim 3, but one didn't make it out of the shop. according to them, it seized up when installed.
  Also had problem with "check engine light." Nahas replaced "knock sensor", which upon taking the veh. to another shop, computer data states that the knock sensor will not cause light to come on. The replaced sensor caused the engine to buck severly. Nahas then did a total tuneup for 3 times the cost of another shop when I had my other Nissan tuned up...and something under the hood continues to run after the key is turned off.
  I do not have enough space to go through all the problems I have had with Nahas, including the time the owner refused to come outside and look at a problem, after I waited for more than an hour. Most problems are not repaired properly the 1st time, or even the 2nd or 3rd. I wasted a vast amount of money at this shop over the many years Nahas was my mechanic.
