  Roman is with out a doubt "THE MAN" when it comes to my 2004 530I. He's kind, friendly, fair and in my opinion simply a great person. He takes the time to explain the service/repair and delivers! He has done brakes, oil, inspections and even took the time to stop by my house after work to double check on a repair just to see if I was happy! Try that with a dealer. I highly recommened him.

  Roman's great. I'm a new car owner with a very old car. The work Roman has done on my old VW has turned it into quite the smooth ride. Compared to what the car originally ran like, Roman has done wonders with very sensible pricing.

  I found Roman on repair pal. Tried the shop because it is close to home...but it was a great experience. His prices are fair and the service is excellent. Roman knows his BMW's...plus he has drop off and pick up service. Hey, and having a genuine personality does not hurt either.

  I found Roman's on RepairPal, I was looking for a workshop in the NY area where I would receive personalized service and guess what? I found it! Service was friendly, honest and I have now found "my mechanic" that I can trust on Staten Island.

  For more then a year my car was producing a screeching noise while breaking. I must have been to a dozen workshops: break pads were replaced, breaking disc were replaced, it was suggested to replace the calipers and then pretty much the whole undercarriage for cause could not be found and the noise persisted. Finally I stumbled upon Roman's Auto Center where the issue was diagnosed and fixed within an hour: it turned out to be some sneaky little screw head that was coming in contact the the break disc. This goes to tell you that you can find both experience and creativeness at Roman's Auto Center, qualities rare in a mechanic yet invaluable. I recommend it wholeheartedly, well worth the trip down rocky roads of Staten Island (which later provide great testing grounds...:))
