Question: roll bar and soft top light stays on

my battery was low and when I tried to start the car this happened

    I have had this problem now for 3 visits to the shop they replaced the battery and now the lights are off but the alarm system stays on and the doors will not lock and the antena won't go down, back to the shop tomorrow.
