    I bought my car from Rock Honda in 2005. My car has not had any problems since I got it. Rock Honda is close to my work so I take it there for routine maintanence. While I have no complaints about the quality of the work done, it seems that every single time I go in, there is always something "extra" that needs to be done. You can draws your own conclusions about that.

    I have taken two cars there for routine maintenance, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the work done. They have an annoying tendency to try to "upsell" every single time you go in. The cabin filter. The air filter. The fuel injectors. The fluid analysis. It's never ending. If you can fend off the upselling, you will get good service from Rock Honda service department.
