  I have had both of my vehicles serviced at this shop. It never ceases to amaze me how much money I save over going to the local dealerships. Great prices, excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to have all of my repairs done at RMB Auto. Thanks guys!

  Good things do come in small packages!!! This is a small shop that gets things done better than any big shop around. I take my Fusion to them all the time for maintenance work and they get me in and out. They have a great waiting room with t.v. and wifi. I will never go to another place as long as they are around

  This is a small business Lansing should be proud of. They we very quick and extremely knowledgeable, even about Volvos! I had taken my car to 3 different shops trying to figure out what was wrong with it. No one could come up with an answer but they all wanted to charge me for looking at it. Rod at RMB told me the evaluation was free of charge and he found the problem in less than an hour! It was a broken wire, which he fixed and now my alternator charge gauge works!!!

  I HAD A MECHANIC IN FLORIDA THAT I ALWAYS TRUSTED TO WORK ON MY PASSAT FOR ME. SO WHEN MY CAR'S CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON I FELT A LONG WAY FROM HOME. I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO RMB. THEY REALLY HELPED ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND. I EVEN CALLED MY OLD MECHANIC TO ASK ABOUT THE REPAIRS THEY TOLD ME NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE SAID THAT THEY SOUNDED SPOT ON. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I HAVE FOUND MY MECHANIC WHENEVER I AM IN NEED AT RMB. I WILL BE BACK. THANKS GUYS : )

  I have never had good luck at repair shops but I feel like I finally found a place I can take my car too! My check engine light came on the other day and my car started stalling at red lights. I came across RMB on google and I gave them a call. They were very nice on the phone and was able to get me right in. They had my car fixed within a couple of hours and they explained everything along the way. I will be going back to them for any future problems.

  My 2009 Ford Fusion would not start after work, which was around 5:30pm. I looked up repair shops with my GPS and when I called RMB Auto I was surprised at the level of friendliness and compassion due to the fact that I was calling so late in the day. They had my car towed to their shop and I rode with the wrecker. They inspected my car and found that it was just a bad battery, but by the time everything was said and done it was almost 8pm. They stayed open almost two hours past their normal closing time in order to get my car fixed. I am so grateful that they went out of their way to help me out. This business really does go above and beyond for their customers and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

  Had a wonderful Monday morning when my car wouldn't start and I had to ride the CATA to work. While riding I googled auto repair shops and RMB had the best reviews by far. They were very helpful on the phone and set up towing, I realized that I had the key to the car in my pocket, so they even had the tow truck driver meet me at the CATA station to pick the key up. Two hours later I was at work and they informed me that I needed a new battery and whoever hooked my amp and speaker up in my trunk must have thought I was going to get cold because it was a fire waiting to happen. They rewired my amp and installed a new battery for me and told me to play the lotto because I was a lucky guy. The bill was under $200 including the tow. They even took what could have been a horrible Monday and turned it into a regular Monday, which in my book is pretty impressive!

  First time i've gone to a mechanic in the Lansing area and am absolutely shocked about the quality of service of this place. Got my car back in running condition in hours and at a great price. Not only were they quick on the repair, but how accommodating they were to the fact I was without a car during the repair was also amazing. I was about to call a taxi to get me home and they gave me a ride instead. I realized a few hours after getting home that I left my bike lock key and they delivered it to me within an hour of calling like it wasn't a problem at all. They also picked me up the next day so I could pick up the car as well. Overall, This place shattered what my expectations were from a mechanic, I almost feel spoiled by them. Wouldn't recommend anyplace else if you need your car repaired.

  I recently had a great experience when I had to get my car repaired as RMB Auto Repair was able to fit me in on the same day. When they discovered I needed a new radiator, they were very helpful in detailing what was wrong with my car and provided a couple different pricing options. My car was in and out in the same day and they even offered to pick me up when I got out of class. I love this garage - great place, great service!! If my car needs any other work while I'm in Lansing, I'll be back for sure. Thanks so much!!

  Bought a 2006 Audi A4 from Auto Sports Unlimited in Grand Rapids. Check engine light came on 3 days later. Took it to Williams Auto World and was quoted an estimate for over $5000!!! That is a whole year of car payments!!! I came across RMB Auto Repair on Google and read all the positive reviews. I called and talked with Rod ( the owner ) who spent a half an hour on the phone with me before I even brought the car in. The diagnostics at Williams Auto were correct and all the repairs they quoted did need to be performed. The bonus here though is Rod was able to do the same exact job for half the cost. Williams told me it would take up to a week and RMB had my car back to me in 2 1/2 days. The car runs better than it ever has and I saved more than 2 grand!!! I am an extremely happy customer and will be going back to Rod with all my future car needs!!!
