Our assessment of this shop revealed a team of five seasoned technicians, with 94 years of combined experience between them. Four of them are ASE certified and two have reached ASE Master Technician status. RM Automotive has demonstrated to us they have all the tools and equipment necessary to perform all the tasks we would expect of one of our Top Shops. We have found this shop to be conveniently located in the commercial district of a mostly residential area. They offer a shuttle service and rental cars are available should the need arise. Their comfortable waiting area offers wireless internet access. Hours of operation are 7:30 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

  What I like about them is that they're straight forward and they're honest. I don't have to go back a second time. They do it right the first time. The technicians do what needs to be done right, the first time.

  I wish the dealer had been so kind, quick and reasonably priced. I wish the dealer had not tried to convince me that my front brakes were at 2mm when they are are 3.5mm, and have thousands of miles left before needing replacements.

  While I didn't feel pressured at that time to make repairs that weren't needed, the suggestions I got for the next visit included several expensive repairs, that I was told after I asked enough questions, that it was a safety necessity, but a comfort thing for the most expensive one, but those expensive repair suggestions put up a concern for me.

  All I have to say is this is a top notch shop in every way possible. I have been coming here for years, and they are the only ones I will trust to work on my car.

  John always helps me through the whole process of service on my car. He gives me a rental if needed and will even shuttle me to work or home if I do not need a rental car. Hell if I need John when the shop is not open I can call him on his cell phone(which I have had to do on occasion) where else do you get that kind of service?

  As I said earlier these guys are top notch and are always there to help me, I think of them as friends and not just a place I get my car serviced. I can without hesitation send all my friends and family here and know they will be well taken care of.
