    I STRONGLY recommend that you avoid doing business with this dealer. I purchased a used Mini convertible from Riley as a gift to my daughter. They assured me that the car had been fully checked out and that any significant defects were corrected. On the drive to my daughter's the top leaked like a sieve, and still does. Riley has continuously refused to even respond to my complaint. Once they received my check they had no further interest in me as a customer. They are a prime example of why car dealers are held in such contempt. They are contemptible!

    This place is an overpriced clip joint. I went looking to have the brakes checked and was told I needed pads (ceramic) all around but rotors were ok. The tab ended up being over $350! The parts were marked up 100% over what you can find online, and the labor rate of $95 an hour I thought excessive. Also they allowed a whole hour of labor for the front pads and another hour for the back pads. At checkout you are asked to sign documents which you do not get copies of. Worse yet is the quality of the work. Braking at high speeds causes a wicked bad pulsing which I will need to get someone else to fix before returning the car to my girlfriend. Stay away.
