Question: right rear strut????

 Rookie

I was told that my right rear strut needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I' alittle confused because I can't find information here or other sites discussing this problem....Is it referred to as something other than a right rear strut?? The estimate to do the repairs was a bit high just want ot be sure what i'm getting into and if it is necessary.

  As far as I know, this is not uncommon on Benzes, and yes, they are very expensive. If you are getting a long list of suggested repairs from a dealership, it may pay to get a second opinion from an independent Benz specialist in your area.
