Question: Right rear brake locks when applied.

Removed drum and inspected shoes, inside of drum shows very little wear and both shoes are wearing evenly. All appears normal. But, problem occurs with every application of brakes forward or reverse.

    have the drum ck for out of roundness. it may need to be turned

    I checked that already, and it is round. I'm starting to think there's something in the anti-lock control at the brake manifold. It's acting like there's a surge of pressure to that one cylinder only. It releases with no problem and the problem lessens after about 5 or 6 applications. It's a head scratcher for sure.

    ck your rubber brake hoses for coming apart inside.maybe the other side is bad and causing all pressure on one side
