green/white wire should be power to the right side brake light bulb. Try grounding the white black wire at the lamp socket (that is the ground wire). If the other light works its a ground or power problem. If grounding the wire makes the bulb light attend to the ground wire. If that doesn't work look for the junction where the two rear brake light wires join at the rear of the truck. Is the bulb socket OK. Is the bulb correct?
