Car vibrates so violently, I fear important parts will be shaken loose. Only while at idle though, shifting to neutral lessens the problem.

When idling car vibrates like something is loose inside the car. It is intermittent. Took it to the shop to find out that it was the rear motor mount. The Volvo has a heavy engine and this seems to be a common problem with the motor mounts needing to be replaced.

Had car since May 2012. I was aware of the issues and there are numerous but I just haven't been able to afford the repairs.
