right bank is noisey,sounds like tapping.left bank is quiet.removed right bank valve cover.started car & no oil coming out of lifters.oil pressure is good at 4 psi,when warm.no problem with cam lobes

Master4 PSI is NOT GOOD!!. It should be at least 10-15 at idle when the engine is warm. How clean is the inside of your engine? Are the oil passages and oil pick up screen possibly clogged with sludge? How many miles are on your Mustang?
