  We had a 1990 caddy break down in Knoxville while visiting my husbands brother bill chandler, He told us of this shop My cadalic needed all eight injectors fixed but no one even knew what to do i had 3 shops in va look at it. never was right and quit on me in Tennessee! but this shop did and it runs like a dream Wish u were in Virginia Bryan was a great man to deal with i even paid western union he paid for the fees WE were impressed

  We have had our Town and country serviced many times. This shop has really grown and we always feel wanted as we did when they were small. They still take me home if i need a ride or to work Thats what makes the difference in a Box store and a family business.

  The guys at Ridgeway are very honest and tell you what your car needs and what it doesn't need. These guys really know what they are doing! I've been bringing both of my cars to this shop for two years, and have always had excellent, honest service! I recommend them to anyone who wants to take care of their cars!

  had my jeep towsed there. they had it fixed the next day!! these guys were very friendly and very funny. Id recomend them to everyone. They did everything they could to actually save me money. Good Christian folks. Will definately take my car back for all my needs. Thanks Ridgeway!!

  Very happy with the service. They were very friendly and helpful and tried to help you out and save you money, not rob you for unnecessary work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs any repair on their car. They are great!

  I am proud to recommend this shop all of our tenants at our apartments get great service and a discount lol from Bryan James and the gang at Ridgeway they stayed well after hours to help me get my car before heading home for Christmas in Nashville LOVE THIS SHOP funny talkative and straight forward on all work needed

  WHAT A GREAT SHOP!!! OWNER RON AND MANAGER JAMES WERE VERY HELPFUL.. EVEN TOOK ME HOME AND PICKED ME UP!!!!! NICE MECHANICS TOO THEY SPOKE TO ME AS I LEFT FIXED MY TRUCK THE SAME DAY I BROUGHT IT IN A+ FROM THIS GAL
