Went to location on N.W. Expressway after Cooper closed down. Not even close to the customer service level that Cooper provided. Seemed to bother them that someone would show up at lucch and expect to to a car looked at. Find someone else to do work for you!

I was quoted a price of $39.95 for an
oil and filter change. They said they
had the type of oil I needed and they
only use Valvoline oil and Wick filters.
When I got there,the owner was very rude and said the price was $44. He refused to let me watch the oil and filter change and wouldn't even let me
talk to the mechanic. I wanted to know how to replace the air filter. They said they didn't have an air filter, but
it was dirty and the mechanic blew the
dirt out of the air filter case for me.
When I checked out, the owner charged me $52.95!! He said he never said the
price of $44 and even asked me if I ever worked or not!! As I left the place, I had no acceleration at all and
limped back around the corner. The mechanic had put a rag in the intake valve and had left it there!! It took 5 men, including the owner to diagnose and fix the problem. Not even an apology or a courtesy discount. I was there 2 hrs total. NO STAR. STAY AWAY!!

The oil and filter change this customer was quoted was for a regular conventional oil grade. When this customer came into our facility she asked for synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is more expensive than conventional oil. This customer wanted to stand next to the technician the entire time we worked on her car. For customer safety our insurance company will not allow customers in our shop. This customer was very upset because she wanted to know how to change her own oil and change her own air filter but we would not let her in the shop. At times the customer went in the shop anyways. She thought we were rude because we told her she could not go into our shop.
