I took my 2006 VW Passat to Richard's after it failed to start. They could not find the reason it failed to start and they advised me to take it to the dealership which is fine and the lady I dealt with on the phone was very helpful. Once the dealership got my car they advised me of the shape Richards left my car in. They left parts disconnected and left parts in my backseat. Even though Richards didn't charge me anything for attempting to diagnose my issue the shape they left my car in cost me about $200 in labor fees from my dealership. All for a $28 blown fuse! I would never take a vehicle to the shop again.
