Family owned and operated since 1981, our goal at Reseda Automotive has always been to go the extra mile in order to give customers the best value for their money. Our ASE certified technicians have been trained to inspect vehicles thoroughly so customers can make the best decisions about their repairs and maintenance. Reseda Automotive's shop team is constantly attending professional classes to keep up with the latest innovations in the industry.

    I found then over the repair pall app and give them a call. I talked to a person with a strong accent but very clear to understand. The person's attitude was outstanding and asked me to go by the same day so I did. They have the most reasonable price for their services and the costumer service it's outstanding. They already helped me a couple of times and even is a bit far from where I live, is totally worth the drive. I highly recommend to use their services. If you go, say hi to Joe and Ken they are wonderful people.

    One thing that I like about Reseda Automotive is that when I take my vehicle in there, there might be a number of things wrong. They tell me each thing that needs repaired, and the ones that are critical to get done, and the cost. They always say, "This needs to be done and this is what the cost will be." That's nice. I think they go out of their way to please the customer.

    They always have the car ready when they say it is. I've never had to go back to the repair shop, they always have it fixed when we go there. They always give me a ride back to get my car. They're just really good to us. They're fair priced too. I forgot to mention that. They are very fair on the prices, and they always do what they need.

    They are very very good. They are fair because they give you options to what condition your car is in. They are very thorough. They will work with you if there is a tax issue. They tell you what you can fix now or fix later. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. I have recommended them and I have never had a issue. They are very fair minded. They are very straight up with what can and cannot be done. They are very honest.

    I'm female. I have to make decisions for myself because I'm a widow, and I think they've been extremely fair with me. I know it's very hard to be a female alone in this type of business. You have a car and it's hard to find somebody to trust. I put a lot of trust in them.
