2003 Dodge Neon Question: Replacing the Timing Belt in a 2003 Dodge Neon

How much would it cost me to replace the timing belt in a 2003 Dodge Neon? I'm buying a used car, and there's a few things I want to fix before it costs me any more. The car has 93,000 miles on it and the previous owner has not replaced it.

Secondly, the windshield is also cracked. I know a good mechanic and he says he knows places that will replace a windshield anywhere from 150 to 170 hundred dollars. Does that seem accurate? Is that without labor, and just for the glass itself?

Lastly I think there's on lose gasket. I don't know much about cars and so I'm not sure which. The owner of the car told me that because of this lose gasket the car leaks a little oil. What exactly could this run up to cost if it were replaced?

I'm going to talk to both the owner of the car tomorrow as well as a mechanic, but I'd like to know ahead of time what price ranges I should be expecting.

Thanks!
