The camshaft sensor is located at rear side of the water pump pulley. The sensor is under $100 and takes under an hour to install. Check that the wiring harness has not become damaged or fouled by the water pump pulley.

After driving awhile or at a low speed car jerking when I take off and when it shifts, what is causing this?
