Replacing Tail Light on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx

I've misplaced my manual. How do I replace my tail light on my 2006 Maxx? I've taken the two screws off, and now what?

Is the taillight off the car and your need to change the bulb now? Or are you changing the complete light assembly?

Just changing the lightbulb.

Usually a 1/4 twist to the left and the bulb will pop out of the lens assy then pull the bulb straight out of the socket and install a new bulb in reverse

My car had service for oil change and brake work. My right driver side blinker bulb frequently works loose, and must be tightened by squeezing the metal grip that holds it in. They did that, too....
I have replaced all bulbs and they keep going bad. Not sure what the problem can be that keep making the bulbs go bad. I even replaced the front headlights and still keep having the same issues.
