REPLACING PLENUM AND PLENUM GASKET on 1999 Buick Park Avenue

When the lower intake gasket is replaced do I have to replace the plenum as well and also the plenum gasket?

Definitely replace all of the gaskets, but only replace either the upper and/or lower manifold or plenum if they are defective, such as cracked, leaking, warped, EGR system damaged etc.
