Replacing Passenger Seatbelt on 1998 Ford Mustang

The passenger seatbelt in my Mustang has reciently failed to uncoil or recoil. Ford dealership quoted $525 for a replacement plus installation cost. Is a replacement this expensive?

There was a recall years ago on the seatbelts in certain '98 Mustangs for this problem... I got mine fixed for free as a result. So, should cost you $0.
it should have cost you zero if done within the alotted time

Im not seeing anything here...
