Question: Replacement of LED in steering wheel and dashboard

Rookie
Does anyone know what the specific type of LED is used for steering wheel control lights and dashboard lights? My lights went out and I'd like to replace them, but I don't know where to get the diodes. I took out the circuit board for the left side of steering wheel, so I know I have to solder the diode into place. Help please!
