Question: replaced starter but car still does not turn over

drove the car stopped for gas brought it home went out tried to start the car and it wouldnt start battery is fine everything works that way just replaced starter and still doesnt start

    Diagnose diagnose diagnose. Stop guessing and get a voltmeter or test light and see if the starter is getting power, and if not troubleshoot the starter circuit to determine why.

    is motor lock up take sparkplugs out then spin starter or could be lock cyl and key secty code
