there is a blend door motor that controls the heat and ac blend door. the plastic gears strip out and it wont move anything.

how did you check for power??

the floor actuator blendor was replaced..Plugged it in its connection..replaced the heat panel and radio thinking there might have been a problem there..Those white gears on blend door don't turn..Do you know where the power comes for the blendor?? Thanks Roy, sorry I can't explain a little better.

comes from the control head. sometimes, they do not use 12 volts. it may be less that you need a voltmeter to measure instead of a test light.

There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
