Question: replaced crank sensor all locations look ok car will not start

popping through intake sounds like timing serpentine was sucked beneath harmonic balancer straightened tabs looks centered on sensor

    did it damage any teeth on harmonic balancer that triggers crank sensor or twist pulley on ruubber part of pulley
