    are you sure the cam sensor was changed, did anything else happen to other connectors. Usually the crank sensor should be changed at the same time on those.

    That should not effect the speedometer, there must be something to do with the speed sensor. Back track the operation when changing the cam sensor to see if maybe something had gotten moved or loosened.

    the cam and crank senors take the same sensor i do believe, very common issue is people unplug them both and then switch the plugs around. did you poss do that?
