On your truck, probably two to three hours, the radiator, fan shroud, belts, fan, and old pump will have to be removed to get the new one on. Be sure to clean the engine face for the new on and make sure the surface will be completely free of debris. Use a gasket sealant that is NOT full RTV or if you need to do it again, you'll be hating life. Usually the order for removal is Fan, Shroud, radiator, belts, pump; replace in reverse order.
