Need the timing chain replaced on my Mazda cx7. Repair costs?

My book shows 5.2 hours labor and the chain runs about $40 at www.parts.com But I would change the tensioner and guide while its apart here's a diagram from their site http://www.parts.com/schematics/mechanical/F683040.gif
