Question: Replace the ignition switch or the ignition lock cylinder---Help!!

Question

Visitor, Amarillo, TX, June 02, 2010, 13:45

No electricity at all...No lights, no response to the key, nothing. When turning the key back in forth like trying to start the car..the power comes back for a sec and then nothing again. Am almost sure that the problem is ether the ignition switch or the Ignition Lock Cylinder. But how do I know witch one to replace.
