Look at the ribs on the inside of the belt if there are cracks I would replace it although workshop manuals ofter specify how many cracks per inch it can have. Replace the belt if it is contaminated with oil or antifreeze or frayed due to misalignment (fix those problems if they have occurred).

The serpentine belt on your 2007 Suzuki Forenza should be replaced when cracking begins to show on the inside ribs of the belt. If present, you can best see cracking when the belt wraps its smooth outside surface around a pulley, exposing the ribbed inside service.
