Replaced MAP sensor and IAC and replace temperature sensor, had diagnostics done voltage reading is supposed to be between 2.9 and 3.2 and reads .09 and still hesitates after warming up and stops, with vehicle in gear the vehicle wants to die and vehicle is sluggish on take off or dies and then runs fine while going. what could be the problem?

you could have circuit issue s and not sensor issues. quit repl parts at will and seek proper diag.

it sound like a similar problem i had on my 97 civic i had to Replaced my TP sensor the Throttle position sensor the job of this sensor does a lot with shifting inside your transmission and hesitation while driving! you can do a quick test ! their are 3 wire the middle Red wire is used for testing it has to be exactly at 0.50 V at closed throttle no more no less! black meeter lead to Ground and red probing into it. just turn the ignition but don't start the engine Good luck
