Model Years Affected: 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004

The fuel pump may fail causing the engine to stall and not restart. Our technicians recommend replacing the fuel filter every 30,000 miles to help prevent undue strain on the fuel pump.

Fuel pump does not seem to be working which I know is in gas tank. Had it replaced but still will not
turn over. Acts like it will start but does not turn over. It just happened. Put gas in it made it home
turned off like normal next morning tried to start won't turn over. Checked fuel pump replaced but still
wont start

The van will start and then die. It is running very rough. I might be the fuel filter or the fuel pump. I figure I'll changed the cheaper one first to see if it will fix the problem.
