Do you mean behind the accumulator (drier)? The condenser is in front of the radiator.
Are you seeking a quote? All freeze plugs are actual time items, and depending on the amount of corrosion present, could take several hours to remove and replace.
Couple notes on this job - this core plug is probably quite frozen and corroded through, as the cooling systems in this 3.0L engine in 1996-1998 were problematic for "brown coolant", due to poor coolant flow...sediment would build up and just cause rust and corrosion to form.
Because of this problem - there was a special program - 98B23 (now long since expired) that provided a procedure to repair this problem. Part of this program was the availability of a special replacement core plug that was adjustable and easy to install. You may want to try a local Ford dealer and see if this plug is still available, as it makes install easy.
