I have seen Camry control arm bushings fail. I would get estimates from other independent repair shops. I am sure there are quality aftermarket track control arms available from MOOG or other Original Equipment quality aftermarket parts suppliers and even adding the cost of an alignment they will be able to repair your car cheaper.
