Mercedes-Benz ML500 Problem Report

Mercedes-Benz ML500 Replace air filter when replacing failed mass air flow sensor

(5 reports)

The mass air flow (MAF) sensor tends to fail. The engine air filter should be replaced when the mass air flow sensor is replaced; a dirty filter can allow debris to damage the new sensor.

My Biggest Problem is I bought a Mercedes and have had nothing but major problems with the 2006 ML 500 SUV. Too much to report unless Mercedes will listen...and I've tried. Mercedes is loosing their name as a sound reliable car. I will never buy another! -
