Dead Battery Due to ABS Pump Not Turning Off on Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD

The anti-lock brake system (ABS) pump may stay running after the ignition is turned off causing the battery to go dead. Our technicians tell us that the ABS control module should be replaced to correct this fault.

pump running after shut off engine, pulled fuse to shut off drives fine until able to fix
This problem started a couple of years ago. Lots of time and money invested in diagnosing and trying to fix this problem. Have had to use a battery float charging device or battery disconnect switch to keep the battery from going flat. Have checked by disconnecting and isolating the engine systems and chassis/ancillaries systems and continue to have between a 3.6 and 4.5 amp parasitic draw. I hope this ABS module is the solution as I cannot afford new truck or to keep dumping money into this one. Been a great truck otherwise!
