Can you give me instructions on changing the water pump? Is it difficult and would it be best to have a professional do it ?

If you want to replace the water pump, go to alldatadiy.com and purchase the online repair manual, it is about $25.00, and you get the info the mechanics get, plus recall and technical bulletin info. This will give you a good idea as to the difficulty of the job and any special tools needed.

Actually the job takes about 30 minutes if the bolts don't break.
