To day I was told by my mechanice that the 1990 merecedes 300 sel need head gasket

head gasket leaking again. Had to be replaced about 50,000 miles ago. Leak is at front right of engine (Bermuda triangle) Oil leaks in this area are notorious because of poor engine design - horizontal and vertical gaskets coming together.
