My factory installed indash cd player has 2 cds stuck inside that cannot be ejected. They do not register as being loaded. Should I take this to a dealer or is there somewhere else less expensive or better qualified to make the repair?

MasterYou could take it to an independent radio shop. They specialize in fixing this sort of problem, and the same stereos are used in a lot of different cars and fail in this way quite often.
It's almost never cheap, even at an independent specialist, but it's probably cheaper than the dealer.
