Basically these are all pretty substantive gear ratio ( 733 and 734 ) and transmission fault codes.Code 740 is a torque converter code and P0700 is a general, over all trans code. It may be that there is a bad speed sensor causing all of these, but I doubt it. it could be your electronic valve body has become defective or it could be an internal 'hard part' problem. How is your trans shifting? It sounds like you may have an electronic valve body problem, or ( I hate to say it ) worse, an internal mechanical transmission problem. You should have a skilled transmission shop look this over with a proper scan tool to really get at the precise root of what is going on inside your trans. I would do this ASAP. Best of Luck and I am here if you need me.

The SUV drives sometimes, but when you stop then it will not shift. Once it's been running for a while and you try to shift it the car will not move.
