Question: removing the power steering pump

Rookie

i'm replacing the intake manifold gaskets. the instuctions say that i need to remove the power steering pump and i should be able to just lift up the power steering pump. there is not much room and the pump is getting hung up on something. do you have an idea on what i can do?

Try looking to see if there are any clamps holding the power steering lines in place, if so try removing them to get a bit more movement from the power steering pump on your 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette.
