Question: Removing Radio

Question

Recently replaced the battery and now the radio doesn't work because I do not know the code for the security system. Need the serial number off the radio and a dealer can then provide the code.

I guess I should have been more clear with my question. I want to know how to pull the radio so I can get the serial number.

I think you can get the radio code from the selling dealer or from the Honda website. If you need the serial number you need to pull the radio and read the number.

    Remove the radio panel.

Remove the four mounting screws (A).

Disconnect the 20P connector (B) and antenna lead (C) from the audio unit.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Enter the anti-theft code for the radio, then enter the customer's radio station presets
