Accord ignition cylinder on 1999 Honda Accord

How do you remove the ignition cylinder from a 99 Honda Accord LX

You have to lower the steering column and then remove the plastic covers that surround it and then drill out the non-tamper bolts. Then it will separate. When you tighten the new one, you have to be very careful, because the new bolts are designed to break off and once they do, that is it. !! Good Luck
