How reliable is the 2004 Sonata (2.4L), particularly the transmission and engine above 100K?

Are the general maintenance and repair costs expensive?

And does this car take regular or premium unleaded gas?

• what engine is more reliable with less repairs. the 4 cyl or the 6 cyl?
