When removing the access cover to the fuel tank to change out my fuel filter what type of adhesive will I need to apply to the access cover to make sure I've got a good seal? I'm also going to remove the intake manifold in order to replace my spark plugs. Is there any gasket material or sealant I'll need when I re-istall the manifold?

A sealer for the gas tank cover would be Permatex "The Right Stuff" or 3M body and seam sealer from any auto parts store. On the intake manifold gaskets I use grease or a sealer which is gasoline resistant (most sealers are not). Hylamar, Yamabond or Hondabond are good but most people just put the gaskets on dry.

Once I remove the intake plenum will I have complete access to the rear spark plugs? Thank you for your advice on the fuel filter. Everything went well on that. Thanks, Richard
