I was just not happy with the service. This time was ok, but the time before they weren't very helpful and I had to push for information. They just weren't very resourceful.

They offer great customer service and offer great service, and they go above and beyond every time I bring my car in, and I enjoy talking with them while waiting for my car to be worked on. The service was great and I appreciate them doing the work when it is convenient for me.

I feel like that it is important that if a service is needed, you should show me the problem so that I can better understand what it is you are working on versus just hearing the service adviser saying I have a problem that needs to be fixed. That being said, it also allows the owner to become more knowledgeable in this process and more aware of what to look for when problems start to arise.

The sales person named Randy is great. The Santa Fe has been towed multiple times within a few weeks, I also traded that vehicle in on a new car the same day. I also had to pay for the vehicle repairs even though I traded it in.

While the repairs to my vehicle was good in the end, the method of repairs were piece-meal at best. After one part of the repair, they would attempt return the vehicle with obvious repair work still required, things I pointed out when I brought the vehicle in. Then it would be, we got most of the vibration out so it should ride a lot smoother. After three attempts, they finally got it right.
