1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager Question: Rear Wiper Motor

What is the easiest way to remove the rear wiper arm, its not nutted down, only press fit with a kocking clip. -

Did you get the arm off? How did you do it? Did you remove the locking clip? -

Yes, I did get it off. I soaked it with penetrating oil for a few days. I made a homemade puller out of the old style body puller. -
