rear windsheild wiper on 1994 Plymouth Voyager

My rear windsheild wiper does not work. WHat is the first thing I should check to fix this problem?

1. Inspect the Windshield Wiper Switch. 2. Inspect Fuse. 3. Inspect the Rear Wiper Motor.

make sure the bolt holding it on is tight and the arm is moving if it is tight will be a good indicator.
