It the window doesn't work from either switch, Then its more than likely the window motor needs replacement. And you can get that estimate here www.repairpal.com/estimator choose window motor replace. But sometimes in a pinch ( with the door open you can hold the switch in the up position and hit the inside of the door panel with the palm of your hand hard ) and it will jar the motor loose enough to roll it up Hope this helps
