Chevrolet Tahoe Rear Window Defogger Wire Terminal Broken Off of Window Glass
The rear window defogger may stop working due to a wire terminal broken off of the rear glass. Our technicians tell us that terminal can be reattached using a special glue or silver solder.

Rear window defogger wire broke off they tried to fix had to order new window. The window is new never open opened the windo hatch and it broke again on the new window two months after it was installed - Visitor

I tried the solder route and it didn't work. Then went to an auto parts store and bought the adhesive and that didn't work either. - Visitor
If you cannot find the special terminal glue at your local auto parts store you can re-solder the connector using silver solder which has a lower melting point than regular rosin core solder. - Jim Taddei
